In 1998, during his competitive career's peak, Gordon founded his own dojo, which has been successfully operating ever since. Transitioning from active competition, he shifted his focus towards mentoring others in the Martial Arts business while continuing to manage his club effectively.
Today, Gordon is recognised as a leading expert in optimising performance within the business aspect of Martial Arts. His expertise is not just theoretical; it's evidenced in the transformations he's achieved in his personal life, athletic career, and business ventures, as well as those he's guided his clients through. He advocates that success stems from establishing positive habits and consistently pushing forward.
